April Showers Bring May Flowers
Husband and I shot this gorgeous vintage dress. April's outfit of the month. All the feels and moods and weather we could ask for. Not to mention my serious facial expressions. Enjoy.

Vintage Dress in Hollywood
I will do a separate post with a lot more photos of our trip to Hollywood but here is a dress I bought at the Winnetka Thrift Shop by my house that I brought for my first time ever in LA. Love this look and it definitely fit the scene.
MARCH BIRTHDAY MONTH AND TRAVEL
Omgosh! March 8th is my birthday and I had so much fun this year spending time with my family! We ordered food, sat around my table in our chairs and ate a whole bunch of pizza and cake lol. I wore a gorgeous vintage Boden dress. Honestly, every year I want to do something special like go to a new restaurant, but this year I was just like "pizza party at my house."
We are going on a vacation so don't worry I will be posting more videos and photos of my birthday vaca with my husband.
Speaking of travel and vacations.
A few places I've been to that I didn't mention on the blog:
- Poland- amazing, gorgeous, the most beautiful country on earth. (sorry had to, I'm Polish and I love my family's country.) Been to a lot of towns and cities here too many to count or remember.
- Italy: Venice, Verona, Milan
- France
- England: London & Dover: Christmas caroling in England was quite an experience. Christmas in England was a beautiful experience all together.
- Morocco Marrakesh (honeymoon, LOOVED)
- Scotland- Got married here, such a good pick for a wedding! (rolling hills and castles, just perfect)
- Switzerland: Nothing like skiing in the Swiss Alps!
- Mexico: Ixtapa, Acapulco, Puerto Vallarta, Cancun, Tulum, (all of these and more like 50 times since high school, I have no idea. Mexico has a lovely place in my heart. )
- I'll add more later. My memory is ridiculous!
Holiday Vintage before the Holidays
Yellow Vintage Sweater and Purse
This weekend I leaned into October with this vintage yellow sweater, these thrifted jeans from KMK luxury consignment in Winnetka, and a beautiful yellow vintage clutch.
There's something about vintage sweaters that often carry that slightly masculine shape, the boxy shoulders and roomy sleeves. This vintage yellow sweater has that borrowed-from-him feel. Soft, a little over-sized and perfectly worn in.
Paired with denim, a matching vintage clutch, and little red stilettos to dress it up on a Saturday afternoon. My husband and I spent our Saturday doing what fall weekends are made for: Coffee at a new cafe, walks in town, and a delicious brunch after.
Fall Vintage Coat
September reminds me to slow down, to light a candle earlier in the evening, to take longer walks when the air feels new again, to lean into the ritual of getting dressed as a way of marking time.
This coat is by far my most favorite vintage coat that I own. I wear it every fall and winter to almost every event. (Not that I go to too many events) but if I get the chance to dress up and go out, this vintage coat is just amazing. There really are no words describe this coat. I bought it at a vintage fair and it came with a matching skirt. I'm also wearing a beautiful vintage purse that glows with the outfit.
September is a month of shifting moods and I find calm in it's quiet contrasts- the crisp air outside, the deeper tones in my wardrobe, the sense that slowing down can be its own kind of beauty.
